حسب قانون معين؟
أنا أتحدث منطقيا. أو على الأقل حسبما ما أرى أنه منطق.
إذا كانت توجد صعوبة في تحديد الاراضي الملتصقة بسبب سوء تقسيم الاستعمار أو غيره فمن المفروض في حالة الجزر أن تكون تابعة لاقرب يابسة لها.

لم أتابع مسألة خلاف البحرين مع قطر لكني أتشوق حقا لمعرفة المنطق الذي تم على اساسه منح جزر لدولة في حين توجد دولة أخرى هي أقرب لتلك الجزر <_<
ربما كانت مسألة صفقة ومبادلة وبرضى الطرفين. لم أتابع الأمر كما قلت لكن كل الاحتمالات واردة في مجال السياسة والقانون الدولي.
