لا وايضا السعودية ومعظم دول العالم تصدر جوازات للحالات المؤقتة هي جوازات تسمح للشخص بالاقامة ولا تعطيه حق التجنس.

جواز السفر لا يعطى الا لحاملي الجنسية

الجنسية ممكن تعطى لاي شخص حسب هوى ومصالح اهل السلطة حتى لو كان يحمل جنسية اخرى مع ان نظام الجنسية هناك يمنع ازدواجها وهناك مثلا آل الحريري وعائلة المغربي المصرية ومنهم وزير الاسكان وآلاف غيرهم وهم في الغالب يمنيون وفلسطينيون ولبنانيون وسوريون.

ولكن هناك من يمنح اقامة دائمة اي بدون كفيل من الاجئين السياسيين وهم مجموعات من الايغور والبورميين والاوزبك والطاش وبقية جمهوريات اسيا الوسطى
