طالما الموضوع انحرف عن اتجاهه فلنساهم فى انحرافه وعموما الكلام كله يصب فى المصلحة العليا للمصرين وأقول وبالله التوفيق وعليه التكلان وإليه المآل :

عندما يختار الناس الإخوان ( الشريعة ) فهذه حريتهم ولكن الديمقراطية اعمق مما ذكرت ياعاشق الديمقراطية تعنى حقوق الإنسان والإلتزام بالمواثيق الدولية التى تجمع كلها على استهجان العقوبات البدنية ( قطع وقتل ورجم وصلب وتقطيع الأيدى والأرجل من خلاف ) ويوم ان يخالف الإخون او اى انسان هذه المواثيق فمن حق الدولة ممثلة فى المحكمة الدستورية العليا والمنظمات الدولية والمجتمع المدنى ان يرفعوا قضايا ضد هذا النظام الدموى نحن ننتخبهم لا ليقطعونا إربا بل ليحكمونا فى ظلال المواثيق الدولية وحقوق الإنسان التى هى اشمل من الحكومة اصلا .. هذا اولا

الشريعة بالفعل كما قال نيوترال ( الحق على لسان نيوترال وقلبه - رواه بنى آدم ) زئبقية يعنى أنا لى قراءات فى الشريعة قديمة وحديثة وفى الفقه بمذاهبة وأجزم لك انك لن تجد مسألة واحدة فيها رأى واحد حتى الآذان له عدة صيغ حتى الرضعات المشبعات والطلقات الثلاث فى المجلس الواحد احتسبها أبو بكر طلقة واحدة واحتسبها عمر ثلاث طلقات وأنا من مكانى هذا ( على الكرسى ) أقول بأن طالبان طبقوا الشريعة تامة تامة تامة ولم يخرمواحرفا واحدا منها ولكن بفهمهم ولم يخالفوا ظاهر النص فى لفظة واحدة فحرموا الموسيقى لقول عبد الله بن مسعود ان آية ( ومن الناس من يشرى لهو الحديث ليضل عن سبيل الله ) أنها نزلت فى الغناء والموسيقى وهكذا ...................... قصص وأفلام وعلان وبتنجان . لذا يجب ان تكون هناك شريعة اصلا حتى نتحدث عليها والشريعة تحرم التسعير ... بنص الحديث ( الله هو المسعر ) لذا فيمكنك ( بالشريعة ) أن تكون عمر عبد الرحمن أو بن لادن ويمكنك بالشريعة ان تكون القرضاوى او مهدى عاكف ................ هذا ثانيا

الإسلام الوسطى كما يسمونه فشل فشلا ذريعا فى التقدم بحزب وتراجع عن رؤاه وحتى تراجع عن الحزب كلية لماذا ؟ هل سألت نفسك هذا السؤال ؟ ببساطة لأنهم لم يجدو فى الشريعة ما يمكنهم المزايدة به على حقوق الإنسان الدولية والمواطنة وإنما وجدوا ( منع بناء الكنائس ) وتعليق إشارات وعلامات على غير المسلم حتى يُعرف اينما مشى وإلجاء غير المسلم إلى اضيق الطريق ولكن للأسف لم يجدوا شيئا لم يتم أختراعه بعد لم يجدوا ديمقراطية لم يجدوا حرية رأى لم يجدوا إبداع لم يجدوا أى من هذا ... هذا ثالثا

المسلم الحق يجب عليه ان يتجاوز هذه الإشكاليات التى هى باختصار : حدد الشريعة أولا - ضعها فى حجمها الحقيقى بالنسبة لنظم الحكم العالمية - قم بتنقية التراث بعد تنقية الأدمغة من التراب والركام الذى علق بها

والمصرى الحق يجب عليه ان يفعل كما افعل بالضبط .... وأجيب عليك مسبقا قبل ان تسألنى ماذا افعل فأقول : أشرب شاى بحليب باستمتاع

شوف يا عزيزى بنى ادم ...

اولا انا شخصيا متفرقش معايا ان يتم الحكم بالشريعه او بغيرها , ولا اخاف من حكم الشريعه الاسلاميه , فشخصيا مادمت ملتزم اخلاقيا فلن يضيرنى شىء من احكامها العقابيه , ولكنى احيانا اجدنى متعاطفا مع الرايى القائل بتطبيق الشريعه الاسلاميه , وذلك عندما اجد الفساد الذى استشرى نتيجه استخفاف الناس بالقانون , وقد اضرت شخصيا من ذلك واتنصب عليا فى 50 الف جنيه " حوالى 10 الاف دولار " , لذلك تجدنى حاليا متضامن مع تطبيق الشريعه حتى تعود اموالى :lol:

احكام الشريعه اللتى تراها زئبقيه , انا ارى ان هناك تعمد فى اى تكون زئبقيه , فالرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم مارس هذا ومارس ذاك للتيسير على الناس , وليس ليكون ذلك محل خلاف بينهم , ووجود رايين دائما فى الشريعه كلاهما صحيح يتيح للقاضى المسلم ان ياخذ باحدهما حسب الظروف وحسب الموقف الذى امامه , وحتى لا تكون احكام الشريعه جامده وصلبه ومتحجره , وهناك مبدا فقهى جميل , وهو ان اختلاف الفقهاء رحمه بالمؤمنين , ومعنى ذلك ان هذا الرايى او ذاك كلاهما صحيح وقد وضعا للتيسير على الناس وليس للخلاف بينهم .

اللذى لا خلاف فيه هى الحدود , ولا يوجد من الحدود من وجهه نظرى يخالف المواثيق الدوليه وحقوق الانسان سوى قطع يد السارق والسارقه , لانى لا اؤمن بحد الرده وحد الرجم , لكنى اؤمن بقطع يد السارق , وهذا اقل عقاب لابن الكلب اللى سرق فلوسى :lol:

اما عن الديمقراطيه وحقوق غير المسلم فاستسمحك فى ان نؤجل هذا الى وقت اخر , وربما موضوعا اخر .
