حقيقة ما لفت نظري يا صديقي الغالي هو ليس بالضرورة الصلاة من عدمها ولكن حرف الجر "على" والذي يعقب الفعل صلى سواء كان في العربية أو الآرامية. المسيحيون العرب يتنكرون لحرف الجر هذا ويغالطون من يتحدث به ويستنكرونه ويعترضون قائلين: (كيف تكون الصلاة "على"). وعندما نقول "السلام عليكم" يعترضون ويظنون أننا نتشبث بالروح الإسلامية وكان الأحرى أن نتحدث بطريقتهم هم ونقول "السلام لكم". هذا دفعني لاستقصاء خبر حرف الجر "على" في اللغات السامية. بلغني أن الأصل هو "على" وليس "إلى" وأن استخدام "إلى" هو من التطورات اللاحقة في اللغات السامية. ربما سبب هذا ومرده هو أن الـ ألف أخف في النطق من العين وبالتالي تحولت "السلام عليكم" إلى "السلام لكم" وتحولت "صلوا لأجل" في عبارة "صالاو علاي" أي "صلوا علي" بترجمتها الحرفية إلى "صلوا إلى". ولذلك قلت لهم: لو أنا حسمت لكم المشكل اللاهوتي لغوياً هل تقبلون أن تنسجموا مع جيرانكم وإخوانكم المسلمين وتقولوا مثلهم دون الشعور بالذنب عند قول عبارات مثل "صلي على النبي" و"السلام عليكم"؟ طبعاً أنا مدرك للأبعاد السيكولوجية للدين وأنه مهما قلت فما هو راسخ بالعقل الباطن لا تمحوه معلوماتي السريانية وارتباطها بالعربية.

سألت بعض المسيحيين الآراميين عن هذه المسألة وخاصة أني مولع هذه الأيام بدراسة السريانية وجاءني ردهم على النحو التالي:
Arrayفي طقسنا السرياني الأنطاكي عندما يختم الكاهن صلاة القداس الإلهي ويقول للمؤمنين (ما ترجمته) ((إذهبوا بسلام يا إخوتي وأخواتي وأنتم فرحين ...... وصلوا من أجلي أنا الضعيف الخاطئ (صالاو علاي)))
وإذا ترجمت (صالاو علاي حرفياً فهي تعني (صلوا عليَّ) وأما ترجمتها العربية الصحيحة فهي : (صلّوا من أجلي)

سؤالي لأصحابي المسيحيين هنا هو: ما المانع أن تقولوا مثلما يقول السريان "صالاو علاي"؟ سواء بنطقها الآرامي أو بترجمتها الحرفية؟ هذا هو سؤالي الأهم وهدفه عبور الفجوة بين المسلمين والمسيحيين في الخطاب اليومي دون أدنى شعور بالذنب أو أن يشعر الواحد في داخله أنه أنكر المسيح وارتكب خطيئة من الخطايا المميتة في المسيحية لا سمح الله وكأنه ارتكب الموبقات السبع!

هدفي هو توسيع أفاقنا وأن نكبر ولا نتعالى بل إذا قالوا "اللهم صلي على محمد" نقول أيضا مثلهم "اللهم صلي على محمد وسلم تسليما" إلخ.


من جهة استخدامك لاسم "قثم" يا صديقي أوارفاي.. البروفسور لوكسنبرج يرى أنه مرتبط بتسميته "أبا القاسم". هل محمد فعلا كان عنده ولد واسمه القاسم؟ هذا هذا مقطوع به تاريخياً؟ أم من المحتمل أن تسمية أبا القاسم جاءت من استخدامهم وتحويرهم لإسمه الأصلي ق ث م ؟

وما هي الدراسات التي تتناول اسمه قثم أو قاثام بالعربية وترى أنها يعوّل عليها؟ أذكر ذات مرة أنك قلت لي عن كتاب للطيب التيزيني. .. صح؟ تتذكر اسم الكتاب؟ وهل هناك دراسات أخرى أكاديمية بحثت في اسمه وكنياته بشكل منهجي موثوق منه؟
