I don't know if im understanding your message correctly but I hope so.

Machines as living creatures "idea" does not make sense because even in a biological human brain that has no blood (meaning power supplied) this brain will not survive to make decisions.

So our brain does think but it doesn't generate power.

If we want to apply the same rule on biological processors ,as an example, we don't have to make them generate power by themselves but we can connect them to other units of power generation and that won't effect the meaning of intellegence.
