دولة الخلافة الاسلامية تاريخ من ضمن تاريخ المسلمين وليست من أحكام الأسلام , لكن الحكم الشرعى يتولد من الوحى وليس من أفعال المسلمين , لذلك فلا خلافة فى الأسلام لكنها أمر شرعى عند بعض فصائل المسلمين أستنادا الى خلافة الصحابة للرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم وأعتبارهم أن ذلك شرعا أسلاميا أقره الصحابة .
