عذرا أنا كنت أقصد انه بحسب أقوال بعض المؤرخين ان الأنباط كانت لغتهم فيما بينهم شكل من أشكال العربية وليس كتابتهم ويقال انهم كانو يكتبون ويتحدثون بالآرامية ويستخدمونها في التجارة والمعاملات
ومن ذكر ذلك الكاتب والمؤرخ والجغرافي الإغريقي Strabo والمؤرخ الإغريقي
Diodorus Siculus
قال لغتهم شكل من أشكال العربية وهم عرب ووصفا نمط حياتهم
وكذلك قال المؤرخ اليهودي Flavious Josephus عنهم وعن لغتهم وزعم انهم من الإسماعيليين (من نابت او نبايوت بن اسماعيل) وهذه النقطة من منظور ديني
عرب الجنوب قديما لغتهم مختلفة وكذلك كتابتهم ولكن هذا لا يعني انها غير عربية ولكن قسم آخر من أقسام العربية وما زال بعض العرب في جنوب الجزيرة يتحدثها مثل الحميرية المهرية والشحرية ويطلق عليها العربية الجنوبية ,ومن شدة الاختلاف هناك قول قديم أبي عمرو بن العلاء (ما لسان حِمْيَر وأقاصي اليمن بلساننا ولا عربيتهم بعربيتنا)
وانا كنت اعني سابقا انه تم اكتشاف مخطوطات بلغة عربية قديمة قريبة من العربية الحالية ولكنها مكتوبة بالخط النبطي وخط المسند
