صدقني أنا لست بباحث متعمق في الأديان ولا أملك الوقت (وربما الرغبة) في أن أبحث فيها. اختصاصي الحقيقي لا يتجاوز الأدب (الانجليزي بالتحديد) والفلسفة والقليل من بقيةالعلوم الانسانية.

ورغم أني لست بباحث في الأديان إلا أني كثيرا ما أسمع عن بن هشام وخصوصا كتابه "السيرة النبوية لابن هشام" وها أنت الآن تقدم لي ردا صادما مفاده أنه -على الأقل- هذا الحديث لابن هشام المأخوذ من "السيرة النبوية لابن هشام" لا يلزم المسلمين.

لو كان هذا النص الذي قدمه بن هشام مزور أو خاطئ أو مشكوك فيه وبالتالي لا يلزم المسلمين فلماذا هو موجود أصلا وفي كتاب شهير كهذا؟

وثانيا ألا يعني هذا أن كل ما كتبه بن هشام هذا بما في ذلك (أو ربما بالخصوص) سيرة النبي محمد هي كذب وتلفيقات تاريخية؟

وثالثا (وربما كان من الأفضل أن يكون أولا) هل رأيك زميلي zaidgalal هو رأي جميع المسلمين أم اجتهاد شخص منك لا غير؟

أنا أبحث عن المعرفة لا غير فارجو أن يكون الرد من طالب معرفة إلى زملاء له طلاب معرفة أيضا.
